EU court invented World Cup can be shown on free TV

A top European court ruled Thursday that the football World Cup viewers of free TV channels and Euro Championships football fans to be able to see.

FIFA and UEFA's football governing body in a scolding court ruled that European Union states untouchable some cases by designating a special broadcast World Cup and Euro games can prohibit "Crown Jewels."

FIFA and UEFA, the world's biggest football tournament organizers, Belgium and the UK for free on TV all the World Cup and Euro countries to show championship game was challenged.

National football body said not very important match of all public events can be considered.

But the general court's second highest tribunal European Union, has decided that all World Cup and Euro Championship match states as "events of major importance" can be considered.
